Job Overview

  • As a Senior General Manager - Sales, you will drive profitability in your micro territory by optimizing daily sales operations and improving the sales conversion funnel.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of business managers to deliver exceptional customer experiences and achieve best possible TATs and CSAT.
  • Work on projects to enhance cost efficiency and optimize the sales funnel.
  • Develop a highly motivated and trained team through effective hiring and training processes.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership on new initiatives and central programs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Seasoned entrepreneur or P&L owner with 5+ years of experience in fast-paced, high growth setups.
  • Proven team management skills
  • Strong bias for action, customer centricity, and deep-dive traits.
