Operations Director Opportunity

We seek an accomplished leader to spearhead operational and financial excellence in our IVF centers. The role demands strategic budgeting, performance monitoring, compliance adherence, process optimization, and ensuring seamless patient experiences.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Develop annual operating budgets and performance targets aligned with corporate strategy
  • Guarantee achievement of financial and operational objectives
  • Monitor revenue, profitability, and team performance against defined key result areas (KRAs)
  • Lead cost optimization and compliance initiatives
  • Oversee standard operating procedure (SOP) implementation, medical record management, and audit readiness
  • Act as a escalation point for operational issues and ensure medico-legal compliance
  • Liaise with sales and marketing teams for local brand visibility
  • Coordinate monthly profit and loss statements with the corporate MIS team
  • Drive patient satisfaction, retention, and conversion metrics
