Centre Director

The Centre Director is a pivotal role within the organisation, responsible for overseeing the daily operations of assigned centres.

• This includes leading and managing centre staff to achieve business objectives, as well as driving sales and marketing efforts to increase revenue generation.

• As Centre Director, you will be the single point of contact between the centre and HO departments, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
• You will also be responsible for visiting centres as required, to monitor progress and provide support where necessary.

• To succeed in this role, you will need excellent leadership and management skills, as well as a proven track record of driving business growth through sales and marketing initiatives.
• Familiarity with sales and marketing strategies, as well as experience in team management and development, is highly desirable.
