Key ServiceNow Architect Role

We seek a seasoned professional to design and implement cutting-edge solutions on the ServiceNow platform, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards and delivering business value through automation and digital workflows.

This role involves collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications, leading the development and implementation of ServiceNow applications and integrations, and providing technical guidance and mentorship to teams.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Design scalable, secure, and high-performing ServiceNow solutions across multiple modules.
  • Gather requirements from stakeholders and create technical specifications.
  • Lead the development and implementation of ServiceNow applications and integrations.
  • Ensure platform scalability, performance, and adherence to security best practices.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to teams.
  • Conduct code reviews for compliance with ServiceNow development standards.

Core Competencies:

  • Strong technical skills in JavaScript, Glide scripting, REST/SOAP APIs, and ServiceNow Studio.
  • Excellent communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Analytical problem-solving mindset focused on scalable and sustainable solutions.
  • Effective collaboration skills with business and technical teams.
  • Proficient in creating architecture diagrams and comprehensive technical documentation.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or IT or relevant field.
  • 6-8 years of experience working with the ServiceNow platform.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
