Job Description

LTIMindtree is hiring a ServiceNow -OTM Solution Consultant with expertise in implementing Midserver configuration, CMDB, Discovery, and Service Graph Connector (SGC).

The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of Networking concepts, including DMZ zone, Public/Private/Hybrid Cloud environment, and Industrial control system works.

  • Implement Midserver configuration, CMDB, Discovery, and Service Graph Connector (SGC) with good hands-on experience.
  • Understand and implement Networking concepts, including DMZ zone, Public/Private/Hybrid Cloud environment, and Industrial control system works.
  • Have prior experience in implementing OT Visibility and OT Asset Management & OT Service Management module in ServiceNow.
  • Develop and configure ServiceNow ITOM platform, including CMDB Data alignment & automated data population, data import, etc.
  • Document development, configuration, and technical details, and prepare training material for project stakeholders.

Skill Sets Required
