We're seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow professional to join our team.

Job Description

In this role, you'll work closely with clients to understand their business requirements and design ServiceNow solutions that meet their specific needs. You'll conduct workshops, interviews, and meetings to gather information and document functional needs.

You'll also define and design ServiceNow solutions, identifying gaps between existing processes and desired future-state processes. Your goal will be to recommend solutions and improvements that align with business needs.

Throughout the process, you'll collaborate with technical teams to design and implement ServiceNow solutions. You'll create user stories, process documentation, training materials, and other relevant documentation to support implementations.

In addition, you'll provide post-implementation support, training, and guidance to users to ensure successful adoption and optimization of the platform.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 12 years of experience in implementing or architecting ServiceNow solutions
  • Good understanding of Sales and Order Management process followed in organizations
  • Experience in designing, configuring, and customizing ServiceNow SOM module as per Organizations' SOM process
  • Experience in the design and implementation of modules such as ServiceNow Sales and Order Management, Order and Quote management, Supplier Lifecycle Operations (SLO), Customer Service Management (CSM), and Security, Performance, and Compliance
  • Extensive experience across the ServiceNow core platform, security, performance, and compliance
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
