We are seeking a seasoned ServiceNow Developer to lead the implementation of our Security Operations (SecOps) module. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in ServiceNow development, with a proven track record of implementing complex systems and integrating third-party security data sources.
Key Responsibilities:
- To develop and configure the SecOps module, leveraging ServiceNow's out-of-the-box features and customizing as needed to meet business requirements.
- To work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of the SecOps module with existing systems and processes.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in ServiceNow development, with a focus on Security Operations (SecOps).
- Demonstrated expertise in scripting languages such as JavaScript and Glide, with a strong understanding of Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies, Client Scripts, and Flow Designer.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices, with experience leading technical teams or mentoring junior developers.
- Able to translate business requirements into secure workflows and configurations.
Preferred Qualifications:
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certification for SecOps.
- Experience supporting large-scale ServiceNow environments (10,000+ users).
- Familiarity with additional ServiceNow modules, such as GRC, ITSM, and App Engine.
Competencies:
- Advanced configuration and customization of SecOps.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
