ServiceNow SPM Developer

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a ServiceNow SPM Developer. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions with a strong understanding of Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) and related integrations.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will contribute to developer tasks, provide support and sparring with process managers and stakeholders, and work collaboratively to deliver high-quality products to users.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions with a focus on SPM and related integrations.
  • Work closely with product owners to understand detailed requirements and own code from design to delivery.
  • Maintain day-to-day technical tasks and ensure timely delivery.
Technical Skills Required:
  • Experience in SPM and related integrations.
  • Implementation of Demand, Project, Resource & Time Management sub-modules.
  • Strong experience in integration, data source, and transform maps.
  • Configuring ServiceNow workflows, business rules, and data transformations.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to ServiceNow functionality, performance, and security.
  • Implementing integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems using web services, APIs, and other technologies.
  • User management including groups, users, roles, ACLs, etc.
  • Establish and maintain data integrations for accuracy and consistency.
Requirements:
  • At least 4 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development.
  • Strong understanding of SPM and related integrations.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
