Job Title

A seasoned ServiceNow Developer with expertise in designing, developing, and implementing Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) solutions is required to join our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to developer tasks, provide ServiceNow support, and engage in sparring activities with process managers and stakeholders.
  • Employ excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Develop strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Maintain knowledge of standard IT technologies and possess 4+ years of development experience in ServiceNow.
  • Work closely with product owners to understand detailed requirements and take ownership of code from design to delivery.

Technical Requirements:

  • Development experience in SPM and related Integrations.
  • Implementation of Demand, Project, Resource & Time Management sub-modules.
  • Strong experience in Integration, Data source and Transform maps.
  • Design and implement ServiceNow workflows, business rules, and data transformations to streamline processes.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow functionality, performance, and security.
  • Implement integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems using web services, APIs, and other technologies.
  • Configure ServiceNow workflows and forms, Scripts.
  • Create and maintain ServiceNow objects like tables, business rules, client scripts, UI actions, UI policies.
  • Gain in-depth knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture, configuration, and customization capabilities.
  • Experience with JavaScript, Glide scripting, and ServiceNow APIs.
  • User Management including groups, users, roles, ACLs, etc.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Establish and maintain data integrations to ensure accuracy and consistency.
