Job Description

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow GRC Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ServiceNow development, with expertise in Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) modules.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions for GRC processes, customizing and configuring ServiceNow GRC modules to meet business requirements, and collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 6+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer, 2+ years of experience in IRM/GRC module.
  • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification.
  • Experience with ServiceNow scripting languages such as JavaScript(Classic UI and Workspace), Glide, and Jelly.
  • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow development tools, including Studio and Flow Designer.
  • Good Experience in UI Builder and configuration in Workspaces.
  • Experience with Patching and Upgrade for IRM modules with understanding of latest updates of GRC/IRM module in store and release notes.
  • Knowledge of ServiceNow integration methods, including REST, SOAP, and MID Server.
Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions for GRC processes.
  • Customize and configure ServiceNow GRC modules to meet business requirements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Develop and maintain ServiceNow applications, workflows, forms, and reports.
  • Implement integrations between ServiceNow and other systems and applications.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers and end-users.
  • Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
  • Stay updated on the latest ServiceNow technologies, best practices, and industry trends.
