Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to fill the role of Implementation Consultant. This position demands a strong understanding of accounting principles, including strategy definition and charges within the banking and lending industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert guidance to clients across all aspects of our software, including functional and technical considerations.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and configure our system accordingly.
  • Facilitate process workflow modeling and establish strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Gather client master data and develop tailored accounting policies.
  • Conduct rigorous testing to ensure the systems accuracy and compliance with product requirements.
  • Maintain open communication with stakeholders, developers, product teams, and business units throughout the implementation process.
  • Respond promptly and courteously to client inquiries and provide ongoing support post-deployment to ensure effective system usage.
  • Create comprehensive knowledge articles, self-service instructions, and process documentation to support client training and adoption.
  • Deliver thorough training sessions to clients covering all aspects of the software system.

Requirements:

  • Strong accounting background and excellent testing skills.
  • Ability to dig deep into product and implement effective solutions.
  • Experience in the lending/NBFC industry and familiarity with software systems like Loan Management Systems, Loan Origination Systems, Collections, and CRM.
  • Exceptional ability to prioritize tasks and make sound decisions.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality results.
  • Passionate about guiding clients and maximizing system utilization.
