Job Overview

This is a challenging role that requires strong client management skills.

The ideal candidate will have experience in business development and be able to build strong relationships with clients.

We are looking for a motivated individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional client experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Business Development Team to gather required data and documentation for pre-qualification.
  • Identify client pain points and wish lists, and help create documents and strategies for engagement.
  • Study the client's business model and support the Business Development Team to create and validate MEDDIC or other process-driven approaches.
  • Evaluate the competency available within our team to offer unique value propositions and plan outsourcing if needed.
  • Receive feedback at every stage of the project, sensitize the team, and implement changes.
  • Aggressively respond to any client feedback and needs.

Bid Stage:

  • Closely collaborate with the Business Development Team to identify clients' requirements, pain points, wish lists, company culture, business needs, and technical parameters.
  • Strategize, drive/execute, and win bids along with the Business Development Team by understanding clients' business models and creating unique solutions and value.
  • Plan for contingencies and risks in the bid.

Project Execution Stage:

  • Align with clients' KPIs and project goals.
  • Certify cash flow prepared by the Project Manager in consultation with Finance and PM.
  • Moderate con-calls between the client and in-house teams; address various issues on both sides to ensure seamless project progression.
  • Plan for contingencies and risks independently and tally them with the Project Manager's risk.
  • Periodically review drawings, documents, schedule, budget tracking, and proactive risk management with Design and Project Management Teams.

Project Closure Stage:

  • Verify that training sessions and techno-commercial closure are exercised in conjunction with the Project Manager.
  • Improve onboarding processes and enhance the handover experience to the client by offering assistance beyond the project.
  • Engage clients and procure feedback on overall project experience, formulating a Lessons Learnt document.
  • Document business-value-driven customer success stories.
