Sales and Service Professional - CRM Technical Lead
Description:
This is a leadership role that oversees the implementation and maintenance of customer relationship management platforms. You will be responsible for ensuring seamless integration of sales and service processes, utilizing your technical expertise to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct fit-gap analysis to optimize CRM systems.
- Design solutions that meet client needs and requirements.
- Collaborate with team members on technical solutioning.
- Implement automation improvements to existing solutions.
- Provide post-live support and day-to-day application support.
- Test and assist with user acceptance testing.
- Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical staff.
Requirements:
For this role, you will need a strong background in Dynamics CRM technical experience, preferably with at least 4 years of implementation and maintenance experience. Additionally, good analytical and problem-solving skills are essential.
Skills:
The ideal candidate should have extensive development experience in Model Driven Apps, Canvas Apps, and Power Automate Development. Strong development skills in C#, JavaScript, HTML5, DOM, and Typescript are also required. Exposure to Azure (Logic Apps and Function App) is desirable.
