Job Overview:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading managed services sales activities in alignment with organizational objectives and annual business plans.
- This involves meeting top-line and GM targets for the region through effective prospecting and client engagements.
- The individual will also manage customer relationships for the specified market, aligning with product OEMs to understand their roadmap and requirements.
- A collaborative approach is required to work with cross-functional teams to deliver desired outcomes.
- Farming (upselling & cross-selling in existing accounts) and hunting (new customer acquisition) are key responsibilities of this role.
In order to succeed in this position, candidates must possess a strong background in IT services, specifically managed services. They should have deep insights into IT infrastructure, IT outsourcing, SLA-based services, and NOC-based services.
Strong communication skills and client management skills are essential. Confidence, self-drive, and a go-getter attitude are necessary to engage with C-level/Senior IT leadership of clients.
A proven track record in managing complete lifecycle of services deals, from lead generation to deal closure, is a must.
