Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Human Resources & Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment processes, build a strong talent pipeline, and contribute to HR initiatives that foster a positive work culture.

This role will be pivotal in attracting, hiring, and retaining top talent while supporting HR functions that align with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates across diverse roles such as DevOps, Data Engineering, AI, and Cybersecurity.
  • Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies, including recruiting, job boards, and other networking platforms, to attract high-quality candidates.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline by developing relationships with prospective candidates and leveraging market insights.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and craft compelling job descriptions that align with organizational goals.
  • Manage candidate communications to ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience.
  • Coordinate onboarding processes to ensure new hires are set up for success.
  • Support the development and implementation of HR policies, employee engagement initiatives, and retention programs.
  • Track and report on key metrics related to recruitment, onboarding, and employee satisfaction to inform decision-making.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and HR management.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in talent acquisition or human resources, preferably in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
  • Proven experience with end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing technical and non-technical roles.
  • Familiarity with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and recruitment tools like Recruiter, Indeed, or similar platforms.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships across diverse teams and levels.
  • Experience developing and implementing HR policies and initiatives that promote engagement and retention.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of technology roles like DevOps, Data Engineering, and Cloud services is a plus.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks independently in a remote environment.
