Office Leasing Manager Position

We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to join our team as a Office Leasing Manager.

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and sourcing quality corporate office spaces, developing strong business relationships with developers, corporates, and landowners, and preparing marketing materials to support business development strategies.

This role involves managing transactions from origination to execution, ensuring optimum client service delivery and engagement. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong analytical, negotiation, and financial skills, and the ability to adapt to change and work in a team environment.

In addition, the successful candidate will possess a graduate degree with 7-9 years of experience in a related field and proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). A self-starter with the ability to deliver under challenging scenarios and strong collaborative and multitasking skills is essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and source quality corporate office spaces
  • Develop strong business relationships with developers, corporates, and landowners
  • Prepare marketing materials such as presentations and proposals
  • Manage transactions from origination to execution
  • Collaborate with solicitors, legal consultants, and government bodies
