**Job Title:** Legal Manager

This is an exciting opportunity to join our organization as a seasoned legal expert. You will be responsible for providing strategic advice and support to various stakeholders across the company.

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Legal Manager who can lead our team of legal professionals. Your primary role will be to oversee all aspects of corporate law, including contract drafting, review, and negotiation.

  1. Develop and implement effective legal strategies to mitigate risks and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  2. Collaborate with internal teams to provide expert legal advice and guidance on business matters.
  3. Analyze complex legal issues and provide recommendations to senior management.

As a Legal Manager, you will have the opportunity to work on high-profile projects and develop your skills in areas such as contract law, litigation, and dispute resolution.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts.
  • Providing legal advice and guidance to stakeholders.
  • Managing disputes and pre-litigation matters.
  • Implementing Group compliance programs and training business teams.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law from a reputable institution.
  • 10+ years of experience in manufacturing corporate and commercial law.
  • Strong legal judgment, business partnering skills, high integrity, attention to detail, strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Able to provide proactive legal solutions, mitigate risks effectively and translate complex concepts into practical business advice.
