About the Role:
The ideal Legal Associate will have hands-on experience with a wide range of commercial contracts, corporate legal matters, and regulatory compliance.
This is a key role that will require strong legal acumen, attention to detail, and the ability to support company operations and growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Contract Management: Draft, review, and negotiate various commercial agreements including Master Services Agreements, Statements of Work, Service Level Agreements, Non-Disclosure Agreements, Consultancy Agreements, and Manage contract renewals, amendments, and terminations.
- Corporate & Internal Policies: Draft and revise internal company policies, employee handbooks, and compliance protocols in alignment with current laws and best practices.
- Legal Notices & Compliance Support: Provide strategic legal advice to internal stakeholders on issues involving regulatory and statutory compliance.
- Legal Research & Advisory: Conduct in-depth legal research and analysis on corporate, commercial, and technology law issues. Assist in the preparation of internal legal memoranda and risk assessments.
- Hands-on experience with commercial contracts, corporate legal matters, and regulatory compliance.
- Strong understanding of Indian Contract Act, Companies Act, and data protection laws.
- Excellent communication, drafting, and negotiation skills.
- Proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Attention to detail, organisational ability, and a sense of ownership.
Eligibility Criteria: Education LLB from a recognised university (mandatory), Experience: Min. 2 years of post-qualification experience in a relevant legal role.
