The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, with fluency in English. Strong problem-solving abilities, combined with the capacity to work effectively in a team environment, are essential for success in this position.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing comprehensive installation instructions and maintenance training;
- Responding to customer inquiries via phone calls and emails;
- Performing remote or on-site inverter troubleshooting, replacement, and defect identification;
- Collecting and reporting after-sales support case data to leadership;
- Participating in collaborative projects assigned by the team leader.
Successful candidates will possess a Bachelor's degree or higher in Electronics and Electrical Engineering or related fields. A minimum of 5 years' experience in the solar industry is also required.
Additional qualifications include strong communication skills, ability to travel extensively (50% or more per year), and proficiency in English.
