  • Promote digital transformation through AI innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Create predictive maintenance models using machine learning algorithms.
  • Oversee the full lifecycle of AI product development.
  • Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to develop AI solutions.
Team Management & Collaboration:
  • Lead the performance and career development of AI Engineers.
  • Foster cross-functional collaboration and knowledge sharing.
Strategic Planning & Compliance:
  • Align AI strategy with our digital goals.
  • Ensure data governance and regulatory compliance.
  • Monitor KPIs and report to senior leadership.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in AI, Data Science, or related field.
  • 15+ years of experience in the energy domain with AI implementation expertise.
  • Experience with AI in renewable energy projects.
Skills & Abilities:
  • Expertise in AI, Machine Learning, and analytics.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills.
  • Proficiency in cloud platforms and AI frameworks.
