Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated professional to join our team as a technical support specialist for power conversion systems and battery energy storage systems.

The ideal candidate will have experience in providing on-site technical support, troubleshooting, and training customers on the use of PCS/BESS products.

They will also be responsible for managing spare parts, tracking inventory, and maintaining customer relationships through regular communication and feedback.

The selected candidate will work closely with our global service network to ensure timely resolution of customer issues and provide high-quality support services.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing on-site technical support and remote assistance for PCS/BESS product-related issues.
  • Conducting site visits to diagnose and resolve technical problems.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective solutions.
  • Training customers on product usage and maintenance.
  • Managing and reporting work activities and progress.

Requirements for this role include:

  • Strong understanding of power conversion systems and battery energy storage technology.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • English language proficiency is required.
