Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly skilled Hardware Architect to design and develop cutting-edge hardware systems for the energy storage domain.

The successful candidate will have exposure to state-of-the-art designing, layout, compliance, and EMI-EMC aspects. They will be responsible for delivering high-quality modules/systems on-time and working with cross-functional teams to provide solutions to complex use cases.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Designing and architecting BMS HW systems for BESS domains
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements such as UL9540/UL1973/IEC62619/IEC 60730
  • Developing power electronics concepts for BMS and analog circuit designs
  • Working with digital circuit designs, ADC, DACs, OP Amps, micro-processors, and micro-controllers
  • Leading cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions

Essential Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
  • 12-14 years of experience in developing BMS for energy storage/ESS
  • Rich hands-on experience in architecting power electronics concepts for BMS
  • Strong knowledge of digital and analog circuit designs, PCB layout constraints, and simulation tools like P-Spice and Matlab
  • Experience with FMEA, root cause analysis, and MOSFET driving

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of safety-critical features like charge control, thermal control, fault detection, and diagnostics for battery and energy products
