- 6-8 years of experience in business development, franchise operations, or sales.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- A proven track record in lead generation, partner onboarding, and target achievement.
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to travel extensively to meet prospects and explore new markets.
