About the Role: As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and ensuring adherence to company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Performance Optimization: Establish performance metrics, conduct regular evaluations, provide coaching and training to enhance team sales skills.
- Sales Process Enhancement: Continuously improve the sales process by identifying areas for enhancement and implementing streamlined approaches for greater efficiency.
- Customer Relationship Management: Oversee the management of customer relationships to ensure high-level customer satisfaction and retention.
- Conversion Maximization: Maximize conversion leads to enrollments.
- Marketing Strategy: Work closely with the marketing team to plan and execute local marketing campaigns and promotional activities to boost brand visibility and sales.
- Reporting Insights: Generate regular reports on sales performance, enrollment data, and other key metrics to provide insights to senior management for strategic decision-making.
- Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensure adherence to quality standards, regulatory requirements, and internal policies within the center sales operations.
- Content Development Collaboration: Understand the content development process and work with educational content across all levels.
- Strategic Partnerships: Work closely with senior faculty, freelancers, and global industry leaders to develop strategies and drive learner outcomes and referrals.
- Brand Adherence: Ensure franchise adherence to brand standards and policies while acting as the bridge between franchise partners and internal teams.
