IT Governance Professional Sought for Finance/NBFC Organization

We are seeking an experienced IT governance professional to lead and drive large-scale IT initiatives for a finance/NBFC organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of data center design and operations, testing center of excellence (COE) setup, and resiliency frameworks.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring scalability, compliance, security, and disaster recovery measures are in place. They will also establish and govern testing COE frameworks, methodologies, and automation strategies. Additionally, they will drive quality assurance across applications, infrastructure, and business systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Data Center Setup & Management
  • Lead end-to-end planning, design, and implementation of enterprise data centers.
  • Ensure scalability, compliance, security, and disaster recovery measures are in place.
  • Testing COE (Center of Excellence)
  • Establish and govern Testing COE frameworks, methodologies, and automation strategies.
  • Drive quality assurance across applications, infrastructure, and business systems.
  • Resiliency & Operations Center (ROC)
  • Build and manage an advanced ROC for proactive monitoring and incident management.
  • Hands-on experience with Zoho ManageEngine, Site24x7, New Relic, Dynatrace, or similar platforms.
  • Implement resiliency strategies to minimize downtime and ensure business continuity.
Requirements:
  • Strong expertise in Data Center design & operations.
  • Proven experience in Testing COE setup and execution.
  • Hands-on with ROC tools – Zoho Manage Engine, Site24x7, New Relic, Dynatrace.
  • Knowledge of resiliency frameworks, disaster recovery, and business continuity planning.
  • Strong governance, compliance, and regulatory understanding of finance/NBFC sector.
  • Exceptional leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
