  • Capital Structure & Treasury Management:

    • Maintain liquidity with >95% cash flow forecast accuracy.
  • Risk Management, Governance & Compliance:
    • Implement robust internal controls and risk frameworks tailored to IT services contracts (credit, FX, interest rate).
    • Ensure 100% compliance with financial regulations, tax laws, and IT services-related statutory requirements.
    • Oversee legal, regulatory filings, and contract management with vendors, clients, and partners.
  • Operational Efficiency & Process Excellence:
    • Standardize finance processes across payroll, billing cycles, AR/AP, and cost control.
    • Drive ERP-based automation (SAP/Oracle/Workday) to cut reporting cycles by 20%.
    • Partner with IT operations for project profitability tracking and cost optimization.
  • Revenue Growth, Cost & Margin Management:
    • Increase group revenues by 12–15% YoY through strategic pricing and business support.
    • Improve net profit margins by 15–20% through cost rationalization and margin optimization.
    • Lead profitability reviews of IT services projects to identify new revenue streams.
  • Investor Relations & IPO Readiness:
    • Build and execute a strong investor relations strategy.
    • Prepare the company for IPO readiness including governance, compliance, and reporting frameworks.
    • Engage with external advisors, bankers, and investors for capital market positioning.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration & Leadership:
    • Act as the financial voice of the organization with banks, auditors, investors, and regulatory authorities.
    • Partner with delivery, sales, and procurement teams to ensure aligned financial and operational strategies.

Requirements
  • Education:
    • Chartered Accountant (CA).

    • Strong knowledge of corporate finance, legal compliance, risk management, and regulations.
