Project Leadership Opportunity

As a seasoned project director, you will be responsible for leading the end-to-end lifecycle of high-profile projects from planning and design coordination to construction, interiors, and handover.

Your key responsibilities will include developing and managing detailed project plans ensuring precision, quality, and timely execution. You will also personally monitor site progress through daily visits, snagging, and finishing inspections.

Additionally, you will drive value engineering to optimize costs without diluting design or finish. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical and managerial expertise across project management, construction, and interiors.

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
  • 15+ years of experience in Project & Construction Management with at least 5 years in luxury projects
  • Prior experience in luxury residential or hospitality strongly preferred
  • Ideally below 45 years
