**Director of Operations Job Description**\

As a key member of our team, the Director of Operations will play a critical role in driving operational excellence across the organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and owning dashboards, scorecards, and exception trackers to provide visibility into operational performance.

\Key Responsibilities:\
  • Operational Performance Management: Build and maintain dashboards and scorecards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as attendance, trials, hygiene audits, and escalations.
  • Collaboration and Stakeholder Management: Work closely with Tech/Product teams to refine and roll out operations dashboards or tools, ensuring seamless integration and effective communication.
  • Governance and Compliance: Support city and cluster leads in conducting high-quality governance rituals, promoting accountability and transparency throughout the organization.
  • Action Tracking and Follow-up: Monitor and follow through on agreed actions, serving as the "ops conscience" of the Field Support & Capability Building.
  • Onboarding and Training: Assist in the onboarding of new Cluster Managers and Center Managers, providing guidance and support to ensure a smooth transition.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working cross-functionally with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including city and cluster leads.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with experience managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering results and meeting expectations.
