Operational Excellence Leader

We are seeking an experienced Operational Excellence Leader to drive business growth and performance at our IVF centers.

The role involves strategic planning, budgeting, performance monitoring, compliance, process optimization, and ensuring a seamless patient experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement annual operating plans and budgets in line with corporate strategy
  • Ensure achievement of financial and operational targets
  • Monitor revenue, profitability, and team performance against defined key results areas (KRAs)
  • Lead cost optimization and compliance initiatives
  • Oversee standard operating procedure (SOP) implementation, medical record management, and audit readiness
  • Act as an escalation point for operational issues and ensure medico-legal compliance
  • Liaise with sales and marketing teams for brand visibility in local markets
  • Coordinate monthly profit and loss statements with the corporate management information system (MIS) team
  • Drive patient satisfaction, retention, and conversion metrics
Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong leadership and people management skills are essential for this role. The ideal candidate will have proven ability to achieve financial targets (revenue, EBITDA, contribution margin), customer satisfaction (net promoter score 90%), and retention focus. Excellent knowledge of compliance and medico-legal requirements is also necessary.
