Program Director Opportunity

About the Role:

We are seeking a Program Director to develop and implement strategic plans for a program focused on supporting gifted children through a parent-led approach.

The successful candidate will have a strong track record of delivering high-impact projects on time and within scope, with experience in designing and leading initiatives that support gifted learners or professionals.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing strategic plans to design, scale and optimize the program
  • Designing and launching targeted initiatives and interventions to achieve defined objectives and performance targets
  • Setting up and managing digital platforms to facilitate large-scale dissemination of programs
  • Establishing clear performance indicators and measurable outcomes to assess program effectiveness
  • Overseeing the development of comprehensive curricula and training operations teams
  • Collaborating closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to drive organizational alignment and streamline operations
