We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee project planning, execution, and delivery. The successful candidate will ensure timely completion of projects within scope.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Process & Continuous Improvement:

  •   Ensure adherence to our management standards, securing timely stakeholder approvals and concurrence.

  •   Operate effectively across various methodologies as appropriate for different work streams within a program.

  •   Configure the MDO software according to specifications, addressing Change Management needs as required.

  •   Develop and implement efficient solutions in alignment with industry best practices.

  •   Assist in test case production, review, and execution against acceptance criteria.

  •   Document processes and maintain relevant documentation for smooth transition to support.

  •   Debug and report issues observed during testing.

  • Own the Numbers:

  •   Calculate project burn and cycle time to stay within budget.

  • Loving Customers while Protecting our Interests:

  •   Understand client business requirements, clearly defining scope and requirements.

  •   Present viable solution options to clients, ensuring effective communication.

  •   Communicate any deviations from the Business Blueprint or Statement of Work, generating change requests to maximize project yield.

  •   Foster relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

  •   Highlight relative risks and benefits of various options to guide decision-making.

  • Taking Care of People with Fairness & Consistency:

  •   Identify talent and facilitate upskilling to drive team improvement and elevate performance standards.

  •   Actively pursue training opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
