
HR System Administration Specialist

Seeking a skilled HR Systems Administrator to manage the lifecycle of our HR systems, ensuring accuracy and consistency across all platforms. The successful candidate will lead system upgrades, implementations, and integrations in partnership with IT and external vendors.
The role requires strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities. A background in HR technology and experience working with HR systems such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, and BambooHR is essential.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of HR systems, including configuration, maintenance, and enhancement.
- Lead system upgrades, implementations, and integrations in partnership with IT and external vendors.
- Ensure accuracy and consistency of employee data across all platforms.
- Partner with HR data analysts to deliver timely, accurate, and actionable HR reports and dashboards.
- Identify, design, and implement process improvements and automation within HR systems to enhance user experience and efficiency.
- Troubleshoot issues and provide support to global HR teams.
- Collaborate with Payroll, Finance, Talent Acquisition, and other business units on cross-functional processes and system touchpoints.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in HR technology, with a focus on HR systems administration.
- Strong knowledge of HR systems such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, and BambooHR.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
