
HR Administrative Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our Human Resources team.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and databases.
- Organize and manage various documents, contracts, and personnel files in both physical and digital formats.
- Prepare administrative materials and reports as needed.
- Manage attendance and leave trackers to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
- Provide exceptional support to the HR team with tasks, projects, and events.
- Contribute to compliance and audit preparation activities to maintain a high level of operational efficiency.
- Assist with general office duties including data entry, filing, scanning, and document organization.
- Maintain digital and physical filing systems for easy access and retrieval.
- Support the creation of reports, presentations, and spreadsheets as required.
- Order and manage office supplies and inventory effectively.
- Coordinate internal events and meetings with ease.
Key Qualifications:
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work accurately with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database management.
- Familiarity with human resources principles and practices.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
