Job Description:

Raj Seeds Traders seeks a seasoned HR professional to lead our recruitment cycle, develop HR policies, and manage office operations.

We require an experienced executive to head our human resources department, focusing on manpower planning, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in HR policy development, procedure implementation, employee relations, and grievance handling.

This role involves maintaining accurate employee records, attendance, and leave management. The successful candidate will also drive employee engagement, training, and performance management initiatives.

Additional responsibilities include efficient day-to-day office operations, managing office supplies, stationery, and procurement of other office items, coordinating vendor relationships, service contracts, and office-related purchases.

The selected candidate will supervise office maintenance, housekeeping, and facility management, process payroll, including salary calculations, deductions, and statutory compliances.

They will also prepare administrative and HR reports to support management decision-making and contribute to budgeting, cost control, and resource allocation for HR and administration.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 4–7 years of proven experience in HR and office administration.
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and labor laws.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, HRMS software, and recruitment portals.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and problem-solving skills.
