Job Overview

We are seeking a proactive HR Generalist to join our organization. This role involves supporting business units by executing core HR processes, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, and contributing to a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support business units by aligning HR practices with operational needs.
  • Coordinate onboarding and induction programs to ensure new hires are effectively integrated into the organization.
  • Act as the first point of contact for employee queries, concerns, and grievances.
  • Assist managers with the performance management cycle.
  • Maintain HR dashboards and use data insights to monitor key people metrics.
  • Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and activities that foster a collaborative workplace culture.
  • Support organizational change efforts by ensuring seamless communication and employee alignment during transitions.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • 3-7 years of experience in a generalist or HR support role.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport across levels.
  • Experience in managing employee relations, inductions, and supporting performance processes.
