Job Title: Human Resources Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Human Resources Assistant.

The successful candidate will be responsible for processing payroll accurately and on time, maintaining accurate and up-to-date payroll records, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and internal policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process payroll for all employees in accordance with company policies and labor laws.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date payroll records and employee data in HRIS/payroll systems.
  • Ensure timely and accurate payment of salaries, wages, and benefits.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to coordinate employee onboarding, promotions, and other payroll-impacting changes.
  • Handle payroll deductions, benefits, garnishments, bonuses, and other compensation-related components.
  • Prepare payroll reports for internal use and external audits.
  • Respond to employee inquiries related to payroll, taxes, and earnings.
  • Stay updated with changes in payroll laws and regulations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in payroll processing (or as specified).
  • Strong knowledge of payroll software and HRIS systems.
  • Familiarity with local labor laws and payroll compliance regulations.
  • High attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
