Human Resources Leader Job Summary\

This position is responsible for leading the HR function and driving strategic initiatives across HR operations, talent acquisition, employee engagement, and culture-building. The successful candidate will mentor HR teams, ensure compliance, and implement people processes that align with business goals to support organizational growth.

  • Lead a team of HR professionals in implementing HR strategies and policies that align with business objectives.
  • Oversee global mobility and travel operations, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures, including those related to payroll, statutory filings, and onboarding/offboarding.
  • Champion employee experience by designing and implementing programs that enhance employee well-being and engagement.
  • Own culture-building strategy and execution, designing targeted initiatives to boost engagement and reduce attrition.
  • Embed company values through workshops, leadership forums, and signature events.
  • Design and approve total-rewards framework, including salary cycles, incentives, spot awards, and ESOP communications.
  • Prioritize and review Learning & Development, including SteepGraph University curriculum and certification tracking.
  • Drive CSR strategy and employer branding in collaboration with recruitment teams.
  • Own Talent Acquisition and HR governance, including sourcing, screening, offers, TA metrics, complex escalations, and HR-tech optimizations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Human Resource Management or related field.
  • 15+ years of relevant experience in Human Resource Management, including at least 5 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong analytical skills to measure and analyze HR and people performance for data-driven decision-making.
  • Proficient in MS Office with working knowledge of HRIS systems such as SuccessFactors or Workday.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to communicate, influence, and engage effectively at all organizational levels to drive results.
  • Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication skills.
