Job Title: Senior HR Strategist

The role of Senior HR Strategist will be pivotal in driving operational excellence and standardizing processes across the organization. This senior-level position will lead the Human Resources Operations function, managing a team of senior HR leaders across multiple sites and corporate locations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • HR Operations Management: Lead end-to-end HR Operations, including multiple sites and corporate teams, to drive efficiency and standardization.
  • Team Management: Manage and mentor Site HR Heads and Corporate HR teams to ensure effective leadership and talent development.
  • Policy Governance: Implement and govern HR policies, procedures, and compliance frameworks to maintain regulatory standards.
  • Employee Life Cycle Management: Oversee Employee Life Cycle Management, including onboarding, transfers, exits, and documentation, to ensure seamless employee experiences.
  • HRIS Systems Development: Strengthen and scale HRIS systems, workflows, and reporting mechanisms to enhance data-driven decision-making.
  • Compliance Oversight: Ensure statutory and regulatory compliance across all HR functions, maintaining a culture of integrity and accountability.
  • Grievance Redressal: Handle grievance redressal, workplace practices, and policy implementation to foster a positive work environment.
  • Best Practices Definition: Define best practices in HR operations to enhance efficiency, standardization, and employee experience, aligning with organizational goals.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Liaise with internal stakeholders, including senior leadership and business heads, to facilitate collaboration and communication.
