Job Title:

Senior HR Service Delivery Specialist Trainer

Position Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned HR Operations Expert with 10+ years of experience in optimizing HR processes, enhancing employee services and ensuring operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Designed and implemented end-to-end HR service delivery processes including onboarding, employee data management, payroll coordination, benefits administration and offboarding.
  2. Maintained compliance with labor laws, data privacy regulations and organizational policies to minimize risk.
  3. Optimized and managed HR service platforms for improved performance and efficiency.
  4. Led business improvement initiatives to enhance accuracy, employee satisfaction and overall user experience.
  5. Compiled and analyzed service metrics to prepare reports on SLA adherence, case resolution and employee satisfaction.
  6. Collaborated closely with HR business partners, COEs and leadership to align HR service delivery with strategic objectives.
  7. Provided comprehensive training and mentorship to new hires and graduate trainees on HR best practices, systems and compliance.
  8. Handled complex HR service cases and escalated issues with professionalism and resolution focus.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in HR operations, process optimization and employee services.
  • Proven track record of optimizing HR processes, improving employee services and enhancing operational efficiency.
  • Excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders and lead business improvement initiatives.
  • Knowledge of HR service platforms, payroll coordination and benefits administration.
