HR Technology Specialist

We are seeking a proactive and independent HR Technology Specialist to manage day-to-day operations, system enhancements, audits, and automation projects with minimal supervision. Close collaboration with HR teams, business technology teams, and employees is required to ensure smooth functioning of HR systems and drive continuous improvements.

About the Role

The successful candidate will act as the single point of contact for all HR technology-related queries, issues, and enhancements. This includes independently managing daily HR tech operations, troubleshooting, and vendor coordination.

The role also involves managing and conducting HR technology audits, ensuring compliance, data integrity, and system security. The candidate will liaise with internal business technology teams to align HR systems with enterprise-wide solutions and integrations.

In addition, the candidate will lead the implementation of new system enhancements and ensure adoption by HR and employees. They will maintain and optimize HR systems, ensuring alignment with organizational needs.

The ideal candidate will collaborate with HR stakeholders to identify process gaps and deploy digital workflows. They will monitor system performance, generate HR dashboards, and provide insights for decision-making.

The selected candidate will train HR teams and employees on new features, functionalities, and processes. They will stay up-to-date with HR technology trends to recommend future-ready solutions.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field (preferred with HR tech/automation background)
  • 3–6 years of experience in HR Technology / HR Operations with hands-on system management
  • Knowledge of HR systems such as Zing HR, TurboHire, Power Automate, Power BI (advantageous)
  • Strong understanding of HR processes (recruitment, onboarding, performance, payroll, etc.)
  • Prior experience in HR tech audits and compliance checks
  • Excellent problem-solving, project management, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work independently and liaise across HR and technology functions
