Senior Operations Manager Role:
The Senior Operations Manager will oversee and direct the activities of a number of campaigns along with all Operations Managers, Team Leaders, and Staff assigned to his campaigns. This role requires a wide spectrum of responsibilities and the ability to multitask with ease and proficiency. The Senior Operations Manager will also be responsible for regular and often daily interactions with all company departments/campaign team leaders and the whole management team.
The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of related working experience, preferably in a Senior Manager/Director role specializing in BPO Operations and Management or equivalent. They should have handled at least 600 FTEs and possess strong computer skills, especially in using MS Office applications and Google applications. The candidate should also be responsible and have a good track record of meeting and delivering targets.
