**Job Title:** Assistant Store Manager

Managing retail operations, increasing sales turnover and maximizing profitability are key objectives in this role. As Assistant Store Manager, you will be responsible for day-to-day retail/store operations of the boutique in accordance with brand standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor or Master's degree in Sales or Retail Sales.
  • Experience: 4+ years of retail sales operational experience with luxury/Premium Brands.
  • Language skills: Fluent English and Hindi.
  • Skills required:
    • Organized and process-oriented.
    • Brand image concerned.
    • Ability to write reports.
    • Self-starter with excellent communication and presentation skills.
    • Serious, proactive, and can handle a multinational environment.
    • Strong computer and analytical skills.

Key responsibilities include exceeding sales budget, understanding customer needs, converting project business, ensuring highest customer service, maintaining all necessary reports, inventory, and visual merchandising in line with brand guidelines.

Preferred candidates should have experience in the Premium/Luxury Home Category (home décor, furniture, lighting, interior and lifestyle products).

This role requires strong leadership skills, with ability to manage teams effectively.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are essential.

Responsibilities also include managing store finances, controlling expenses, optimizing resources, developing strategies to attract new customers, expanding High Net Worth (HNI) database, collecting, updating, and maintaining customer data, defining actions to achieve strategic goals, attracting old customers more often, creating innovative approaches and ideas, adhering to company policies and procedures, meeting productivity standards, and completing work on time.
