The Opportunity

We are seeking motivated and energetic Management Trainees to join our retail sales team in Kochi. This is a unique opportunity for recent MBA graduates to start their careers with a growing company and learn the business from the ground up. You will be at the forefront of our customer interactions, driving sales and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

What You&aposll Do

- Drive Sales: Actively engage with customers to understand their needs and drive sales of our fresh produce.
- Customer Experience: Ensure every customer receives outstanding service, leaving them with a positive impression of the Aeden brand.
- Retail Operations: Learn the ropes of day-to-day store operations, including inventory management, product display, and maintaining store cleanliness and hygiene standards.
- Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our wide range of fruits, from everyday favorites to exotic varieties, to advise customers on quality and seasonality.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the store team to achieve sales targets and contribute to a positive and productive work environment.
