Responsibilities:
- Data-Driven Decision Making

Growth Strategy Development
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute growth strategies aligned with company goals.
KPI Tracking and Analysis
- Implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the success of growth initiatives and make data-driven decisions.
Team Collaboration
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and design, to execute growth strategies effectively.
Experimentation and Testing
- Conduct A/B testing and other experiments to optimize marketing efforts and improve performance.
Reporting and Insights
- Provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders on the progress and effectiveness of growth initiatives.
Industry Knowledge
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in growth marketing and data analytics.
What We Offer
- A competitive salary range of $110,000 - $140,000 per year, depending on experience.

- You have 5+ years of experience in growth optimization or a related field.
