At Schbang, we're seeking a highly skilled Growth Executive to join our team and drive business growth through data-driven strategies. With a strong focus on analytics and collaboration, this role is perfect for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments.

About the Role:

We're looking for someone who can utilize data analytics tools and techniques to identify growth opportunities and trends. As a Growth Executive, you'll work closely with internal teams to understand business objectives and develop growth strategies aligned with company goals.

Your key responsibilities will include analyzing user behavior and engagement metrics to optimize conversion rates and improve user experience. You'll also implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the success of growth initiatives.

Additionally, you'll work closely with marketing, product, and design teams to execute growth strategies effectively. Conducting A/B testing and other experiments will be an essential part of your job, as you strive to optimize marketing efforts and improve performance.

You'll provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders on the progress and effectiveness of growth initiatives. Staying abreast of industry trends and best practices in growth marketing and data analytics will be crucial to your success.

What We Offer:

A competitive salary of $**120,000 - 150,000 per annum**, commensurate with experience, plus a range of benefits including comprehensive health insurance, retirement plans, and opportunities for professional development.
