At Cloud Counselage Pvt Ltd, we are seeking a Chief Growth Strategist to play a pivotal role in shaping our long-term direction and success. Reporting directly to the CEO or CSO, you will lead the development and execution of strategic initiatives, working closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to drive growth, profitability, and organizational excellence.

The estimated annual salary for this position is around $140,000-$160,000, depending on experience. This figure is based on industry standards and market trends for similar roles in the United States, considering factors such as cost of living, location, and professional qualifications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning and Development: Lead the development of the organization's strategic plan, working closely with executive leadership to define vision, mission, and strategic priorities. Conduct comprehensive analysis of market trends, competitive landscape, and internal capabilities to identify strategic opportunities and risks.
  • Strategic Project Leadership: Oversee the execution of strategic projects and initiatives, providing guidance and direction to cross-functional teams. Ensure alignment of project activities with overall strategic objectives and priorities, monitoring progress and addressing any issues or barriers to success.
  • Stakeholder Engagement and Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including executive leadership, board members, partners, and industry experts. Collaborate with key stakeholders to gather input, share insights, and secure buy-in for strategic initiatives and decisions.
  • Performance Monitoring and Evaluation: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track progress towards strategic goals and objectives. Monitor and analyze performance data, identifying trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Provide regular updates and reports to executive leadership, presenting findings and insights to inform decision-making and strategic adjustments.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Economics, or a related field; Master's degree preferred. 7+ years of experience in strategic planning, business development, consulting, or a related field, with a proven track record of driving strategic initiatives and delivering results. Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve common goals. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a strategic mindset and the capacity to think creatively and critically about complex issues. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas and concepts to diverse audiences. Strong business acumen and financial literacy, with experience in financial analysis, forecasting, and budgeting. Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and stakeholders effectively.
