Drive revenue growth and expand our market presence as a dynamic Business Development Expert. Identify new B2B clients through lead generation, cold calling, and strategic networking to build long-term client relationships and close deals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospect high-value B2B clients using data-driven sales strategies, email outreach, and social selling.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers (CXOs, IT Heads, Procurement) to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and deliver tailored product demos, presentations, and solution-based discussions to address client pain points and meet business objectives.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure, leveraging CRM tools and data analytics to optimize results.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to tailor solutions to client needs and preferences.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitors, and customer needs to develop effective sales strategies and positioning.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 1-3 years of proven experience in B2B sales, with at least 12 years in SaaS/technology sales.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS business models, subscription sales, and recurring revenue streams.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Experience with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho) to manage sales pipelines and analyze results.
  • Ability to manage complex sales cycles and multiple stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
