About the Role:
  • This is a key position that requires a strategic thinker to support employee lifecycle and engagement, working closely with business leaders to align HR practices with organizational objectives.
  • As a trusted advisor, you will be responsible for managing employee relations, grievance management, and conflict resolution with empathy and professionalism.
  • Partner with stakeholders to drive employee satisfaction and retention, creating initiatives that foster a positive work culture.
  • Support the development and implementation of HR policies, compliance, and disciplinary processes, ensuring a fair and equitable workplace.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives, leveraging your knowledge of HR best practices.
Requirements:
  • 1–2 years of experience in an HRBP/Employee Relations role, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with employees at all levels.
  • Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills, with a focus on finding mutually beneficial solutions.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and regulations, with the ability to apply them in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Prior experience as an HRBP in a similar industry.
  • A strong desire to make a meaningful impact quickly, with a proven track record of delivering results.
