HR Business Partner Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior HR Business Partner to join our team. As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for driving end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, employee engagement, workforce planning, and statutory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the full lifecycle of employees, from onboarding to offboarding, ensuring seamless transitions and maximizing productivity.
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent and build a diverse workforce.
  • Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and performance, promoting a culture of continuous learning.
  • Support day-to-day administration activities, ensuring efficient office operations and minimizing disruptions.
  • Maintain expertise in HR operations, statutory compliance, and administration, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in HR, preferably in small/mid-size business conglomerates or engineering/service industries.
  • Proven track record of driving HR initiatives, improving processes, and enhancing employee engagement.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and exposure to HR software/automation tools.
  • Telugu language proficiency (spoken and written).
