HR Business Partner Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled HR Business Partner to manage the HR function at our warehouse site. The successful candidate will be responsible for employee engagement, attendance, and recruitment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary HR point of contact at the warehouse site.
  • Drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement and workplace culture.
  • Manage attendance, absenteeism, and shift scheduling in coordination with operations.
  • Handle employee grievances, disciplinary processes, and conflict resolution.
  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and induction for blue-collar/frontline staff.
  • Evaluate and ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements.
  • Maintain and update HR records, documentation, and MIS reports.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to implement and streamline HR policies and practices.
  • Ensure smooth HR operations across rotational shifts and multiple workforce levels.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of overall HR experience in warehouse/logistics/manufacturing setups.
  • Proven experience in managing a blue-collar workforce.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to connect with staff at all levels.
  • Proficiency in regional languages preferred for effective employee communication.
  • Solid knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliance.
  • Flexible to work in rotational shifts and travel across warehouse locations.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems/tools.
